Brrr. It has been a cold winter around these parts. I guess we were do for a cold one here in DC since our winters the past few years have been relatively tame. I’ll be hibernating for a while in order to keep cozy warm. Brett and I seriously haven’t left our apartment the past few weekends. But I’m not complaining one bit!
Soup is obviously a great go-to dinner that also makes for great leftovers during the week. It really is the ultimate comfort food. I pretty much love anything that can be thrown into a bowl – easy, peasy!
